Sosplan Creative, founded in 2021, offers services in Instagram business management and has expanded to provide creative, digital, and marketing services. The company also offers classes in various business fields to support entrepreneurs' development.

Role Description

Financial Control and Management

• Ensure total service cost is calculated and reported accurately and within the proper period.
• Ensure that the monthly forecast amount on service cost is monitored and variance to the actual is properly explained.
• Prepare and analys monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee the day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including PSAK.
• Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion.
• Evaluate and improve internal controls and processes to enhance efficiency and mitigate risk.

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Manage cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital and financial performance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
• Provide cost analysis and recommendations for cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure that activities relate to the saving initiatives are properly defined and also agreed on the KPI and measurement to measure the saving

Taxation

• Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's financial goals.
• Plan and optimize tax obligations to ensure tax efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Identify and assess tax risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Supporting Roles :

• Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters with external stakeholders, including investors, banks and auditors.
• Communicate financial performance and strategy to stakeholders.
• Provide analysis and simulation on the manufacturing cost on the new product that is being launched
• Work together with the all teams to make improvement in production efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree major Accounting, Management, Finance or related fields.
• Experience in an agency.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, cashflow management, and budgeting.
• Have experience in managing financial stakeholder (e.g. investor and banks).
• Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Experience with financial software and/or systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
