  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To hands-on and manage field activities meeting client’s expectations.
  • To meet and propose to clients on products and applications.
  • To trouble-shoot precast/concrete issue at batching plants and jobsites; providing technical advice and solution
  • To build close relationship with clients and all level of personnel, especially those in the role of Technical/QC/Optimization Manager
  • To anticipate the changes of materials, market trend/needs and project specification for precast/concrete industry
  • To benchmark and understand competition
  • To provide product and precast briefing to commercial team and clients
  • To ensure all existing and new products performance meeting clients’ and project needs
  • To work with internal and Technical/R&D team for new product meeting clients and project requirements.
  • To identify and follow up precast opportunities; offering solution and securing the business.
  • To summarize update-to-date activities and opportunities; review with superior weekly.
  • To perform such other duties which may be assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIE

  • Bachelor/Master Degree level orientated in Construction/Civil engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years working experiences in cement industries with knowledge in concrete technology and field troubleshooting
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently, self-driven and a positive attitude
  • Comprehension in writing and communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia .
