Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Manager and other IT teams, Operation, Business and External Parties to
  • support and deliver end to end project implementation tasks and ensure project delivery on time within project budget and scope
  • Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting necessary forms
  • Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables
  • Organize and track all project documents
  • Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager in an orderly and efficient manner
  • Analyze opportunities and implement process and workflow improvements to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Carry out training sessions/knowledge sharing sessions as needed by the Scrum Team and all organizations about Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Having a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development project involvement (SDLC).
  • Having experience in Banking Industry is a must.
  • Having experience in Risk Management Orientation and Wealth Management.
  • Having experience as a Developer, Coding specialist, or Analyst.
  • Having knowledge related to Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
  • Experienced in Jira/Confluence or similar administrative tasks.
  • Having experience in implementing Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective).
