About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Servicing Officer to join our Medicillin team. You will play a key role in managing health insurance services for our corporate clients, ensuring seamless administration and exceptional customer service for employees. This role is critical in maintaining our service quality in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

You will play a key role in managing health insurance services for our corporate clients, ensuring seamless administration and exceptional customer service for employees. This role is critical in maintaining our service quality in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for health insurance corporate clients, from registration to card distribution, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor and assist with reimbursement adjustments for claims held or rejected due to incomplete documentation.
- Provide support for Medicillin Apps and telemedicine services, ensuring effective utilization by clients.
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) required.
- Previous experience in health insurance administration or experience working in an insurance company.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
