Responsibility:

- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate postings to the general ledger.
- Assist in developing budgets and forecasts, monitor actual results against the budget, and provide variance analysis.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with local and national tax regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns.
- Manage the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliations.
- Monitor and analyze operational costs related to shipping activities, providing recommendations for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.
- Provide insights and analysis to support decision-making, including profitability and performance evaluations.
- Maintain thorough and organized financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
