Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage the social media content for all Bluebird Group brands, ensuring alignment with the company's brand and each vertical brand identity and defining most important social media KPIs
- Assist Socmed Manager to develop creative strategies to increase brand engagement and awareness on social media.
- Produce good quality, creative, and engaging content across various social media own platforms to boost brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team or related departments and external agencies including KOL for any content production and to ensure a cohesive social media identity.
- Execute social media campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team, ensuring a consistent and strong brand message across all social media platforms.
- Monitor, track, and analyze the success of content and campaigns, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies, social media trends, and best practices in order to maximize effectiveness.
- Respond to comments and customer queries or DMs in a timely manner and engage in relevant trending posts in our posts or other posts, repost, KOLs, etc.
- Create and manage a content calendar to plan and schedule future posts that must be aligned with planned campaigns.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- 3+ years of working experience as Social Media Specialist or relevant position
- Passionate social media content creator
- Proven experience with content creation, ideation, and managing successful social media postings / campaigns.
- Strong communication and analytical skills
