Job Description:

  • Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to create and execute digital campaign strategies aligned with the brand's goals
  • Develop digital strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across various digital platforms (social media, website, paid ads, email marketing).
  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop high-quality content and visual communication that resonates with the target audience, ensuring the brand message is conveyed effectively and consistently.
  • Design and launch innovative and measurable digital campaigns to introduce the GOLO product to the market with a compelling and relevant approach
  • Manage the digital campaign budget, ensuring optimized ROI through effective advertising strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other platforms).
  • Analyze data to monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for continuous performance enhancement.
  • Analyze digital trends, consumer behavior, and market data to develop targeted strategies.
  • Identify the right audience and leverage data insights to create personalized, engaging, and relevant content.
  • Collaborate with other divisions, including product, customer service, and sales teams, to ensure alignment between digital campaigns and the company’s overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead cross-functional communication with creative teams, designers, and videographers to ensure all creative aspects support the campaign goals and GOLO brand identity.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present results and insights to stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR (Click-Through Rate), engagement rate, conversion rate, and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Campaign Manager, particularly in industries with digital-native products such as beauty, health, or wellness sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including paid ads, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing budgets and advertising campaigns with a focus on optimizing ROI.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and build strategies based on insights.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate with various teams, especially in content creation and visual communication.
  • Knowledge of male consumer behavior.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email automation tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Creative, proactive, and always up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
