Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group is working with one of the largest apparel companies is seeking a pioneering, innovative, and strategic marketing professional to drive brand visibility and growth in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be skilled in consumer funnel marketing, adept at leveraging both creativity and data-driven insights to position the brand as the No. 1 destination for fashion apparel. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indoenesia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Indonesia marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional priorities.
- Manage the annual marketing plan and budget to achieve business objectives.
- Implement 360-degree funnel activations, including paid, earned, and owned channels, to drive brand engagement and consumer demand.
- Lead the planning and execution of media strategies, including PR, content creation, and event marketing, to elevate brand awareness.
- Oversee CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives to foster both transactional and emotional customer loyalty, driving higher lifetime value.
- Manage the brand experience in-store to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Monitor and track marketing performance, ensuring the business meets KPIs and shares key insights across teams.
- Forge and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
- Stay informed of market trends and consumer insights to drive innovative, market-relevant executions.
- Support trade marketing initiatives with key franchise and wholesale partners, identifying opportunities for high-impact collaborations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring continuous learning and development.
- Successful execution of an annual marketing plan that strengthens brand equity and consumer engagement.
- Effective management of marketing budgets, balancing impactful activations with strong performance ROI.
- Seamless go-to-market process in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on consumer insights, brand management, and data-driven strategies.
- Proven expertise in:

- PR, media relations, and event marketing.
- CRM and loyalty marketing.
- Performance marketing and eCommerce.
- Budget and financial management.
- Customer journey and funnel marketing.
