Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage the daily operations of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia accounts, ensuring product listings, prices, promotions, and inventory are up-to-date.
• Create, plan, and manage advertising campaigns on TikTok Shop, Shopee Ads, and Tokopedia Ads to drive traffic and maximize ROI.
• Analyze and optimize product listings, focusing on SEO, keywords, and images to increase visibility and sales.
• Monitor the performance of e-commerce channels using analytics tools to track KPIs (e.g., sales, conversion rates, and return on ad spend).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative strategies for promotions and product launches across these platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on each marketplace to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on marketplace trends, competitor activities, and algorithm changes to maintain a competitive edge.
• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, recommending action plans for improvement.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms, specifically TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Tokopedia.
• Proven experience in managing marketplace ads and campaigns with successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, ad platforms, and SEO for e-commerce.
• Proficiency with digital advertising tools for TikTok, Shopee Ads, and Tokopedia Ads.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multiple departments.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using Google sheets, Excel, or other tools to generate reports.
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven.
• Passion for e-commerce, digital marketing, and the fashion/sneaker industry.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing marketplace trends and consumer behavior.
