Role Description

Results-oriented professional with expertise in business development and account management, specializing in academic talent management, experienced in conducting talent assessments and developing targeted programs to elevate employee capabilities. Proficient in data analysis to optimize recruitment and talent development processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Dedicated to fostering a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline (Sales, Business Development, or Account Management)
  • Experience 1-2 years as business development in recruitment services / headhunter company will be advantages
  • Having experience working with expatriate
  • Have expertise in Excel, particularly with Pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Must fluent with english communication
  • Passionate in B2B and high sense of self driven
  • Able to identify and attract prospective clients from various sources
  • Strong in analytical thinking, high sense of self-starter and good in negotiation skill
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Willing to WFO from Semanggi, Jakarta Selatan
  • Could join ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Approach prospective clients from various industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their hiring needs and company culture
  • Consult with clients on staffing requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles
  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and recommendation to clients
  • Meet and exceed recruitment targets and key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and challenges
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program participants, ensuring eficient candidate matching and tracking with the database
  • Conduct a comprehensive 1-on-1 career coaching sessions weekly, offering guidance on resume building and interview
  • Preparation, and professional development strategies to increase the probability of placement
  • Improving the engagement rate with graduates through the ofcial Orbit Jobs' Telegram channel by sharing information about job vacancies, tips & trick on how to build a good resume, etc
