Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Specialist at Pinjam Modal in BSD, Kota Tangerang Selatan.

The Training Specialist will be responsible for :

Design & develop training programs based on Training Need Analysis (TNA)

Conduct training to all employee

Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to create engaging training materials

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Detail-oriented and organized approach to work

Bachelor's degree in any field
