Invest Islands is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources & General Affairs Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, as well as general affairs functions within the company. This includes but is not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions

• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Coordinate and conduct employee performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development

• Administer employee benefit programs and ensure accurate record-keeping

• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Manage general administrative tasks, including office management, facilities, and vendor relationships

• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes

• Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position

• Must be from Lombok or have experience working in Lombok, including the ability to liaise with local communities

• Thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Placement in Lombok
