  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Representative at TPFx. The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for customer service, phone etiquette, customer support, communication, and sales tasks on a daily basis.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Sales skills
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to effectively communicate in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
