Key Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating them to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and contact information.
  • Maintain sales contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents.

Role Requirements

  • 1-year experience in Sales Support, Sales Admin, or related field
  • The ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects is crucial to keep sales operations running smoothly.
  • Sales Support Officers should be able to handle customer issues and find solutions to problems that may arise during the sales process.
  • The sales environment can be fast-paced and subject to change. Being adaptable is key
