Responsibilities :
- Generate brand guidelines.
- Define targets and evaluate strategies for marketing.
- Prepare, plan, and evaluate sales operations for Online Sales & Promotion.
- Recommend quantity requirements and selling prices for new items.
- Budget management for a team.
- Prepare and review SOPs, Job Analysis, KPIs, Organizational Structures, and Manual Books with the HC team.
- Set KPIs and measure team performance.
- Assess and Evaluate Subordinate Competency.
Qualifications :
- Minimum education in S1 Management/Marketing Management/Communication Science or other relevant major.
- 2 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Leader focusing on E-Commerce and Social Media Strategy.
- Direct experience managing TikTok Ads, Marketplace Ads, and Relationship Management.
- Track record of optimizing campaigns for high ROI.
- Expertise in branding techniques, including marketing, visual communication, public relations, and copywriting.
- Experienced in handling product launching & branding digitally end-to-end.
- Following the development of gadgets and gadget accessories.
- Willing to be placed in Malang.
