Strategy & Planning

  • Support Project Head and Management Office in delivering projects within approved timeline and budget
  • Plan and Allocate the right resources according to project initiatives
  • Partner with Strategic Planning Team, Various IT Teams, Risk Control Unit Team to identify IT Processes gaps with regards to bankwide objectives in improving IT Project Life Cycle to deliver IT Projects faster and with better oversight to enable Business to gain competitive value

Business Performance and Management

  • Ensuring process improvements in any new initiatives or projects to support and enhance business performance and management
  • Liaise and maintain good relationship with stakeholders and internal customers to support them in achieving Bank goals
  • Interface and interact with Business user groups to build deeper client partnership in order to advance and connect the dots of end-to-end system usage across business departments as well as to garner access to BU resources and information for project use
  • Leverage customer experiences in providing IT solutions
  • Performance combined function as first level of IT contact to business units as IT Relationship Manager (ITRM), project leads, and strategic business analyst to ensure all business requirements are defined and understood clearly by the technical development team

People Management

  • Ensure proper resource planning, right resource knowledge and development to support IT initiatives, projects, requirements and day to day system issues
  • Provide supervision to the Project Office staffs at project lead level and below. Responsibilities include working closely with staff to provide support and direction. Daily supervisory duties include staffing, performance management process, and oversee daily work to ensure business user's needs are being met

Regulatory Compliance

  • Comply and enforce Bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements within working activities and to all team
  • Participate in Bank Business Continuity Management team and Disaster Recovery Plans execution
  • Promote IT Security and Compliance in all related business unit with the help of IT Security and Risk Control Unit

Requirements :

  • Minimum 6 years experience in IT project management.
  • Minimum 6 years experience in system development as a system / business analyst.
  • Have been involved in project activities from the initiation, planning, implementation to closing stages.
  • Have business analyst knowledge.
  • Have knowledge & experience in project management.
  • Have knowledge of banking products, processes and systems.
  • Have knowledge & experience of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Have knowledge of architecture, quality standards & IT policies.
  • Have good communication, negotiation and presentation skills, in Indonesian and English.
