Are you a seasoned tax professional with a passion for strategic planning and compliance? We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage tax strategies to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
  • Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate income taxes, sales taxes, and other related filings.
  • Conduct tax research and stay updated on new tax laws and regulations affecting the organization.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and effective tax planning.
  • Provide guidance and support for tax audits and manage relationships with external tax advisors.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls and tax policies to minimize risk and optimize tax efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management or a related role, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations. At least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successful tax planning and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to join immediately.
  • Willingness to work in-office (WFO) setting.
