As the Assistant to the Manager Expat, you will provide essential support to the management team, ensuring smooth communication between headquarters and local teams. Your role will involve assisting in problem-solving, managing user needs, and coordinating various activities. Fluency in Mandarin and English is crucial as you will be responsible for handling communication in both languages, and collaborating with teams across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the head office by identifying and addressing operational issues. Assist in communicating these issues effectively to domestic teams for resolution.
  • Participate in market visits, user interviews, and other activities to gather insights on user experience and needs.
  • Assist in the review of user feedback to ensure their needs are accurately understood and conveyed to local supervisors and R&D teams.
  • Collaborate with the R&D department to manage local teams and ensure the successful execution of project tasks and product development initiatives.
  • Act as a bridge between headquarters and the local office, facilitating smooth communication and project coordination.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (HSK level 4 or above) and English, with strong skills in listening, speaking, and writing.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and logically.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive attitude, and the ability to take the initiative in solving problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a logical approach to understanding and addressing user needs.
  • Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
