Job description:

  • Identify and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize losses in the telecommunications segment through business analytics and data analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including operations and development, to identify areas for revenue improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Analyze data and provide insights for decision-making, collaborating with other departments in the implementation of new processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create and promote new products.
  • Possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, including trends and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Works independently, planning and achieving technical objectives, setting milestones, and delegating tasks.
  • Builds strong relationships with customers and partners, making decisions that impact project success, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manages work to achieve time and quality goals, analyzing requirements, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Quickly adapts to new information and emerging areas of work, taking responsibility for personal development.

Must-have requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance Management/Business Management or relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication skills in English.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in related areas (experience in telco industries is preferred).
  • Experienced in handling clients and also sourcing new clients
  • Have long term experience from the previous company, minimum 3 years.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.
  • Creative thinking and a keenness to offer innovative solutions.
  • Have strong ability and willingness to learn about the telco industry, even if prior knowledge is not a prerequisite.
  • Have to live in the Jakarta area, especially in South Jakarta
  • Willing to work full onsite from 9 to 5.
  • Need the AM to be able to take care of the clients of the client of the client company.
  • Need someone with extensive experience in generating leads/finding new clients.
