Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Platform Utilisation: Complete the Passivae Bootcamp and leverage the platform to enhance your recruitment efforts and scale your business.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing and screening candidates.
  • Strong business development skills, including networking and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies.
  • A passion for staying updated on industry trends and innovations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Specialisation in one or more of the following industries: Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning, Healthcare Technology, Renewable Energy, Cybersecurity, E-commerce and Digital Marketing, Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals, Cloud Computing, FinTech, Autonomous Vehicles, or Data Science and Analytics.
  • Experience using a recruitment platform, such as Passivae.
