Currently we are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Inventory & Customer Service Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Providing product information, problem solving, and technical assistance to customers in relevant marketplaces.
  • Recapping daily stock and monthly stock of goods.
  • Arranging products packing and monitoring quality for each product before delivery.
  • Responsible for managing affiliator operations with relevant stakeholders.
  • Supporting regular company events and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in management, business, or any major.
  • Having 1-2 years of experience in customer service operations.
  • Having good empathetic listening and communication skills.
  • Having good interpersonal communication skills, able to coordinate needs and requirements across different teams.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment, possess great flexibility and preferably someone who loves sport.
