Currently we are looking for a candidate to fill the role of Inventory & Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
- Providing product information, problem solving, and technical assistance to customers in relevant marketplaces.
- Recapping daily stock and monthly stock of goods.
- Arranging products packing and monitoring quality for each product before delivery.
- Responsible for managing affiliator operations with relevant stakeholders.
- Supporting regular company events and campaigns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in management, business, or any major.
- Having 1-2 years of experience in customer service operations.
- Having good empathetic listening and communication skills.
- Having good interpersonal communication skills, able to coordinate needs and requirements across different teams.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment, possess great flexibility and preferably someone who loves sport.
