Job Description

  • Handling Service Contracts
  • Preparing service contract intervention schedules
  • Contact customer for tentative & fix schedule
  • Ordering the required part to be arrive as per the Schedule in the contract
  • Opening and closing service plan job
  • Scheduling service plan job
  • Job Planning and Distribution
  • Monitoring all jobs readiness for the respected area
  • Update and informing jobs status for the respected area
  • Contacting the customer to confirm that all required parts ready at customer
  • Planning job intervention on respected area for the tentative and fix schedule
  • Inform the customer regarding actual schedule for job interventions and make sure that machine ready for service before dispatching Technician
  • Customer communication care handling


Personal requierements

  • Positive attitude
  • Self motivated with a high level of responsibility and loyalty
  • Demonstrate good communication skills on all levels - Task and Customer oriented
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good organizational and time management skill


Educational And Experiences Requirements

  • D3/S1 from any discipline/preferable technical
  • Preferable have experiences and resh graduates are welcome and good communication with Mandarin will be an advantage
