Banking Business Development - Uncollateral Lending

The BD Persons is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring the quality of credit assessment, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, analyzing prospective clients’ financial status, preparing credit proposals, and managing the entire credit process. The Account Officer will monitor and evaluate client performance, handle credit billing and collections, and take proactive measures to resolve any issues related to non-performing loans, while ensuring compliance with company policies and credit regulations. (Banking Experiences are Required)

Locations: Surabaya, Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Denpasar

Responsibilities

• Marketing SME credit products to prospective debtors
• Analyzing, ensuring prospective debtors match the target market and can be processed further.
• Make a Credit Proposal.
• Carry out the credit process in accordance with the specified corridors and SLA.
• Manage existing debtors and develop referrals from existing debtors
• Evaluate debtor quality conditions (credit portfolio, business, collateral), including monitoring aging of arrears.
• Carry out billing (desk collection and visits) for credit installments.
• Create and carry out follow-up plans for non-performing loan.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers/partners, management, internal stakeholders.
• Basic or intermediate experience in financing is preferred.
• Knowledge of startups, financial industry, and regulatory requirements is a plus
• Creativity, problem solving, logical reasoning skills.
• Collaboration, teamwork, and strong willingness to grow and learn within the company's culture
• Comfortability to work in fast paced environment
• 3+ years experience in Banking is desirable.
