The KPI Institute is a research institute specialised in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains, ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. A recently initiated research project is dedicated to the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.

LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, has been established to commercialize activities using the above mentioned research insights. LMSL is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Provide administrative support and file management using Asana and Google Drive
  • Manage the paperwork for Localization Team
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for the documents of the team
  • Perform regular quality checks of the files including digital material to ensure that they are updated, complete, and free of errors
  • Assist in communication with external partners
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Monitor the progress and updates of the localization project, and of the various deals the team is pursuing
  • Prepare regular reports for the team including deals updates, revenue share reports, and ROI report
  • Provide feedback to other colleagues’ work;
  • Create financial reports
  • Other duties as they arise according to direct manager requests.

We expect you to:

  • 1-2 yrs' experience in an admin role or similar function
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, or Administration, or other relevant studies
  • Adept in using Ms Office suites, project tracking tools, and communication tools
  • Strong organization and detail orientation skills
  • Good communication both among internal and external stakeholders
  • Have strong research, analysis, and critical thinking skills;
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills;
  • Be able to work independently, but also as part of a team;
  • Knowledge of handling digital materials will be an advantage
  • Excel in written and verbal English
  • Are energetic, entrepreneurial, hardworking and persistent;
  • Have creative thinking and the willingness to learn;
