Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Understand client’s unique security needs, risks, and objectives.
- Design integrated physical security systems and infrastructure, such as access control systems, surveillance systems, and alarm systems based on the findings of risk assessments.
- Ensure that security designs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Create and maintain documentation outlining security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design customized security solutions that address specific customer needs and to develop accurate cost estimates for proposed security solutions.
- Develop proposals and presentations that clearly articulate the benefits of the proposed security solutions.
- Collaborate with the post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
- Provide technical support and guidance during the installation and configuration of security systems and solutions.
- Stay current with industry certifications, trends, and best practices in security.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline are common.
- Substantial a minimum of 5 years of experience in security planning, design, or a related field.
- Experience in project management, risk assessment, and security implementation is highly valued.
- Relevant certifications such as Gada Utama, Risk Management, Certified Protection Professional (CPP), and Physical Security Professional (PSP) can strengthen the candidacy.
- In-depth knowledge of security planning and design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Understanding of physical security concepts, including access control, surveillance, and perimeter security.
- Familiarity with security hardware and software solutions, such as access control systems, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role, demonstrating the ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
