Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator in Yogyakarta. The HR Administrator will be responsible for managing HR functions, benefits administration, HRIS, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) Management and Administration skills
  • Experience in Benefits Administration
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
