The B2B Class Operations Management Officer is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of educational programs tailored for B2B clients. This role oversees the operational logistics of classes, workshops, and training sessions for corporate clients, from scheduling to quality control. The position ensures that classes run smoothly, meet client expectations, and align with the company's business objectives.

  • Schedule classes, workshops, and training sessions for corporate clients. Coordinate with trainers and clients to confirm schedules.
  • Monitor the quality of class delivery, ensuring that instructors adhere to company standards and client expectations.
  • Manage operational logistics including venue arrangements (if offline), online platforms (if virtual), class materials, and other requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients regarding operational queries and feedback before, during, and after classes.
  • Prepare operational reports, including class attendance, progress reports, and feedback from both trainers and participants.
  • Identify and resolve any operational issues that arise during class delivery.
  • Work closely with the B2B Sales and Product Teams to ensure the alignment of class content with client needs. Provide feedback on potential improvements in class operations.
  • Ensure that all classes comply with company policies, client contracts, and relevant regulations. Identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Job Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in class operations or events management, preferably in the education or corporate training sector.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and class scheduling software is an advantage.
  • Hard Skill: Proficiency in computer applications such as Google Docs, Zoom, Google Meet, Google Classroom, Excel, Airtable, Learning Management System, etc.
  • Soft Skill & Attitude: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to multitask, client-focused, strong attention to detail, and proactive in handling operational issues.
