Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operation Manager to oversee and manage the HR, Marketing, Operation, and Sales divisions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR and Operations, a solid understanding of the education industry, and proven experience in managing multiple divisions within a startup environment. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, ensuring cross-departmental collaboration, and leading the organization to achieve its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

  • Oversee and lead the HR, Marketing, Operation, and Sales divisions to ensure alignment with company objectives and operational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for each division, ensuring collaboration across teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact (PIC) for daily reporting and communication with upper management regarding the performance of the four divisions.
  • Monitor and drive performance metrics, ensure all departments meet their KPIs, and suggest improvements where necessary.

2. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between HR, Marketing, Operations, and Sales divisions.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop and improve internal processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to department managers, ensuring consistency in company values and goals across teams.

3. HR and Operational Expertise:

  • Lead HR initiatives, including talent management, performance reviews, employee engagement, and compliance with company policies.
  • Optimize operational workflows and ensure efficient resource management across the divisions.
  • Actively participate in strategic decision-making related to operational improvements and human resource planning.

4. Sales and Marketing Oversight:

  • Provide leadership in developing marketing strategies that align with sales objectives and company growth targets.
  • Oversee sales strategies, ensuring the team meets targets, and coordinate efforts with the marketing division to maximize results.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to adjust strategies as necessary.

5. Reporting and Data Analysis:

  • Ensure consistent daily reporting from all divisions, including HR, Marketing, Operations, and Sales.
  • Compile and present key performance data to the executive team, highlighting areas of success and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve overall business performance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and Operations roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the education industry (e.g., EdTech, educational institutions, or other relevant sectors).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a startup environment, handling multiple divisions and leading cross-functional teams.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience handling Sales and Marketing functions, with a track record of driving results.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to present insights clearly to senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, operational workflows, and sales and marketing strategies.
  • Highly adaptable, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
