As we continue to expand in Indonesia, we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, drive business growth, and build strategic relationships in this dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets in the Indonesia market.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the local market, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize sales efforts and deliver the best solutions for customers.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the team meets its financial goals.
  • Mentor and coach the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business.
  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth in the Indonesia market.
  • In-depth understanding of the Indonesian business landscape, culture, and consumer behavior.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales software, and data analysis.
  • Ability to speak both English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently.
