HEAD OF SALES MARKETING
Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team effectively to achieve established sales growth objectives and evaluate the performance of the staff team and marketing.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, portraying an ability to move and inspire a small-large group in a unified direction and vision
- Investigate factors impacting sales performance.
- Plan and execute sales and marketing plan under the guideline policy including marketing strategies and plan on annual budget with an objective to achieve sales, maintain and increase customers, generate income and be profitable as company and principal guideline.
- Responsible for achieving targets by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments. Also responsible for market development and penetration.
- Conducts regular and consistent research on the latest market best practices and trends in order to constantly keep the business at par or even ahead of other players and driving greater sales resulting from the securing a greater market share.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's in Business, Management or Marketing
- Minimum 5 years of professional experiences in marketing high-rise building and five stars Hotels will be an advantage
- Target-oriented and have a strong drive in achieving the target
- Solid leadership and strong relationship building
- Initiative, proactive, and hard working
- Pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and negotiation
- Should be willing to work with the sales target
- Fluent in English (verbal & written), Mandarin is a plus
