Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the HR & General Admin department. Manage the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, training, work pass applications (if there is hiring of foreign employee), payroll, compensation, compliance and employee benefits.
  • Payroll is handled by appointed payroll vendor.
  • Collaborate with Country Lead to establish, upgrade, and propose improvements to current internal policies, and play a key role in drafting internal HR policies/guidelines/memo.
  • Driver of compliance (Statutory and internal compliance policies) within Indonesia team.
  • Main contact with manpower office on employee-related matters.
  • Liaise and negotiate with brokers for the renewal of annual group medical benefits insurance.
  • Perform daily HR tasks in accordance with regulations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare manpower budgets and monitor their usage.
  • Assist Country Manager in aligning KPI, reviewing, and managing performance appraisals.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements.
  • Provide management with updated market statistics on labour market.
  • Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Regional Senior HR Manager and Country Lead.
  • Handle employee enquires on HR system and HR matters.
  • Support QA team and audit that is relevant to Human Resources.
  • Supervise and give direction to 1 general admin assistant.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports. Example: monthly HC report, turnover report and etc.
  • Point of contact for Group Human Resources (located in Hong Kong) their request for support and rolling out of group initiative and project to country level.

Requirements

  • Good experience in Human Resources administrative function and HR partnering.
  • Degree
  • Strong organizational, time management, and scheduling skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Effective communication skills is a must. English and Bahasa Indonesia.
