We are hiring a candidate for Tiktok Specialist.

As Tiktok Specialist, you will be responsible to develop and execute TikTok marketing strategies, create engaging content, manage accounts, analyze performance, stay updated on trends, schedule content creation, upload posts, and ensure compliance with TikTok policies.

What would you do:

- Develop and implement TikTok marketing strategies to achieve brand objectives and increase brand awareness

- Create engaging and shareable TikTok content that resonate with the target audience

- Manage and optimize TikTok accounts, including followers engagement

- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven decisions

- Stay updated with the latest TikTok trends, features and best practice to ensure content remains fresh, relevant and engaging

- Make a work schedule for the content creator to make sure everything going well

- Responsible in uploading content

- Keep abreast of TikTok's policies, algorithm updates and industry trends to adapt strategies and maintain compliance

We are looking for someone who has/is:

- Willing to work with full WFO policy at Alam Sutera, South Tangerang

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field

- Proven 1-3 years experience as a TikTok Specialist or in a similar role

- In-depth knowledge of TikTok platform features, trend and best practices

- Proficiency in video editing and content creation tools/software

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
