Business Development - Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're seeking a talented and driven Business Development Specialist to join our new international Joint Venture. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our presence in new markets, focusing on delivering cutting-edge EdTech solutions to private and public schools in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in identifying potential school partners and conducting initial interaction
• Coordinate and schedule school discovery meetings and presentations.
• Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance the school's programs, resources, and funding.
• Track and manage school leads and update the database.
• Active help in marketing events and activities
• Active help in organizing product delivery from abroad
• Preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements for school partnerships
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to school business development
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Organize and coordinate events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives to promote the school's mission and attract prospective students

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Previous sales or business development experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Flexibility
• Fluent in English
• Knowing the Educational K12 Market is a plus
