JOB DESCRIPTION
We're seeking a talented and driven Business Development Specialist to join our new international Joint Venture. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our presence in new markets, focusing on delivering cutting-edge EdTech solutions to private and public schools in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in identifying potential school partners and conducting initial interaction
- Coordinate and schedule school discovery meetings and presentations.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with organizations, businesses, and community stakeholders to enhance the school's programs, resources, and funding.
- Track and manage school leads and update the database.
- Active help in marketing events and activities
- Active help in organizing product delivery from abroad
- Preparing proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements for school partnerships
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to school business development
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Organize and coordinate events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives to promote the school's mission and attract prospective students
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous sales or business development experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Flexibility
- Fluent in English
- Knowing the Educational K12 Market is a plus
