Job Description:
Data Analysis and Insights:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations to drive incremental growth
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key metrics and initiative performance
- Conduct high-level analysis and share insights with business stakeholders
Event-Based Analytics and User Behavior Tracking:
- Implement and manage event-based tracking systems (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel)
- Design and maintain a comprehensive event tracking framework across all platforms
- Analyze user behavior data to uncover insights on journey, engagement, and conversion
Stakeholder Management and Communication:
- Gather requirements for projects and reporting needs
- Communicate findings through regular reporting and presentations
- Assist with ad-hoc requests from stakeholders
Data Management and Tool Proficiency:
- Extract, transform, and analyze data using Quicksight and Python
- Enhance internal reports and dashboards to meet business requirements
- Perform ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
Experimentation and Optimization:
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience & conversion funnels
- Monitor experiment results and iterate strategies to maximize impact
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
- Strong experience in event-based analytics and user behavior tracking
- Proven ability to develop dashboards (Quicksight experience preferred)
- Python for data analysis
- Proficiency in ETL processes and data pipeline management
Analytics Tools:
- Proficiency in GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
- Proficiency in either Amplitude or Mixpanel
- Experience with heat mapping tools like Hotjar (preferred)
Event Tracking and Analysis:
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain event-based tracking systems
- Experience with event taxonomies and analyzing complex user journeys
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
