Role Overview:

As the FP&A Manager, you will be a key financial partner, responsible for leading the budgeting process, preparing management reports, and providing financial insights to drive business performance. Your strategic mindset and analytical skills will help ensure our company's continued growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the annual budgeting process across all business units, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

• Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support long-term business planning and scenario analysis.

• Track performance against budgets, identifying key variances and working with departments to implement corrective actions.

• Prepare financial forecasts to aid in strategic planning and investment decisions.

• Collaborate closely with business units to align financial and operational strategies.

• Ensure timely submission of financial reports to support decision-making at the executive level.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or relevant certification ACMA, CGMA, CPA Australia, CA, etc).

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Budgeting, or related roles.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and budgeting tools.

• Expertise in using ERP systems (Oracle NetSuite preferred) and management reporting tools.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle large data sets.

• Strong communication skills to effectively present financial insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
