New Product Development Specialist

Requirements

• Minimum 6~10 years experience on Project Management (Part Development) within Automotive Industry.
• Able to lead and facilitate Cross-Functional-Teams and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Methodical approach to task management and an ability to communicate task requirements clearly at all levels.
• Strong leadership and problem solving skills with ability to teach and facilitate problem solving team events.
• Ability to interpret / read drawings and strong understanding of GD&T.
• Ability to derive cost calculation on new product development and secure piece price prior to mass production.
• Strong people management and time management skills.
• Strong data analysis and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder interface skills.
• Strong customer interfacing and management skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple demands.
• Ability to negotiate complex arrangements.
• Able to be critical and accept criticism.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Indonesian).

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management (certified PM preferred).
• Proficient in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Core Tool.
• Extensive experience in Engineering, preferably within automotive.
• Excellent IT skills including MS Office software, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
