Our client is seeking a Marketing Finance Business Partner to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to be proactively involved in annual marketing planning and budgeting, providing insightful information on product brand portfolio mix to senior stakeholders, and performing calculations for New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD). What You'll Do

As a Marketing Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies of our client's marketing initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in providing historical data analytics for annual marketing planning and budgeting. You will also be responsible for providing insightful information on product brand portfolio mix, aiding senior stakeholders in their decision-making processes. Your role will extend to performing calculations for New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD), ensuring that these initiatives are financially viable. Furthermore, your analytical skills will be put to use as you monitor marketing spending, coordinate with the Marketing team, manage special projects, and initiate business process improvements.

  • Proactively involved in annual Marketing planning and budgeting by providing historical data analytics
  • Provide insightful information on product brand portfolio mix to senior stakeholders to aid in decision making
  • Perform calculation for New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) margin and business case
  • Analyze price and margin exercise to provide insightful information for brand strategy & decision making ensuring higher margins
  • Develop the GC analysis for existing product development
  • Monitor marketing spending and coordinate with Marketing team to ensure alignment with planned activities on a monthly basis achieving financial objectives
  • Perform comparison of critical financial ratios/performance against competitors within the FMCG industry
  • Manage special projects and create ad-hoc reports as needed to achieve financial objectives
  • Initiate business process improvement in Finance-Marketing area including performing automation project

What You Bring

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Finance/Accounting
  • A minimum 3 years experiences in Finance & Accounts with at least 2 years experience needed in FBP Marketing and Assistant Manager level
  • Experience working in FMCG Company is most preferable
  • Strong Business Acumen with attention to detail
  • Ability to provide insights for business decision making
  • Knowledge of AOP Marketing, NPD & EPD Margin Analysis, Business Case Implementation & Evaluation, GC Analysis, FMCG Benchmarking
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Professional in Finance & Accounting with strong analytical thinking; Ability to turn the analytical result into insights that lead to better business strategy and decisions
  • Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams
