Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
  • Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role within a five-star international hotel chain.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and market analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
