- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue goals and maximize profitability.
- Manage and mentor the sales and marketing team to foster a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and website optimization.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role within a five-star international hotel chain.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growth.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, digital marketing strategies, and market analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience:
- in Hotel Industry: 5 years (Preferred)
- n a sales and marketing leadership role: 5 years (Preferred)
