Role Purpose:

• Within the BST, this role is accountable for the Purchasing matters belonging to the cluster
• Ensure purchasing process follows the standard policy set by the business unit.
• Develop list of Subsidiary’s suppliers.
  
  
  

Provide materials required for the Subsidiary, based on purchase order from the qualified vendors with competitive price.

• Ensure that the selected supplier can fulfil schedule, quantity and quality requirements of the Subsidiary.
• Implement cost effectiveness initiatives.
• Perform regular supplier review/evaluation to get the most competitive & suitable suppliers.
• Monitor all purchase order issued.
• Analyses the offers from vendor to get the best deal and profitability that possible.
• In addition, this role is a true multitasker, also assisting the business in the transactional procurement
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Generate and Request Purchase orders for goods and services required by the business in the cluster
• Negotiate supplier contracts for small value purchases and execute accordingly, assuring all is done in compliance with Sibelco procurement policies and procedures.
• Timely and accurate purchase reports and submit to related department for financial and operations purpose.
• Ensure suppliers evaluation report up-dated on a routine basis.
• Participate in HSE activities.
• Ensure all system implemented according to ISO System.
  
  
  

About you:

• Degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, or Economics, master degree preferred or equivalent by experience.
• Prior experience as a Purchasing generalist or Procurement.
• English– proficient verbal & writing
• Local language of the country of base and main operations – proficient verbal & writing. Other languages are an asset
