Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development professional to join our team, focusing on our HRMS platform, GreytHR. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of prior experience in the HRMS industry, a strong network, and in-depth industry knowledge. As GreytHR is expanding into the Indonesian market, your role will be pivotal in sourcing potential leads, managing client accounts, and driving market penetration. Responsibilities include connecting with and managing accounts, addressing customer requests, conducting cold calls, meetings, and presentations, as well as creating sales strategies and driving conversions. Fluency in English is essential, as you will be liaising with our global partners and clients.

GreytHR Overview:

GreytHR is a leading HRMS platform designed to streamline and automate HR processes for businesses. With its comprehensive suite of features, GreytHR is penetrating the Indonesian market, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our sales efforts in this region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source potential leads and agents through industry connections.
  • Manage client accounts and handle customer requests.
  • Perform cold calls, outreach, and deliver presentations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and conversion plans.
  • Drive market penetration of GreytHR in Indonesia.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in the HRMS industry. (preferably)
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong network and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
