Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate HR documentation
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration
- Handle employee queries and support a positive workplace culture
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and performance management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
- 2-3 years in HR roles, preferably as an HR Executive or HR Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR software, excellent organizational skills, and familiarity with HR regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain confidentiality
