We are looking for an ambitious yet creative Intern KOL & Campaign Specialist to join our rapidly expanding team in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

  • Helps to Create, plan, and manage campaign, marketing, or event strategy involving influencers, KOLs across food, beauty, retail industry
  • With KOL team, make a communications and build relationships with media, KOL, talent management and third-party agencies
  • Doing intense research and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms
  • Attract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), coordinating for requirements, timeline, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with Develop content brief and review KOL creative draft
  • Monitor and optimize each KOLs performance
  • Handle the product sample or visit schedule that will be sent to KOL
  • Concepting, producing video contents, with the focus of internal AITIMEDIA group Tiktok & Instagram Reels
  • Research and know the latest music and video trends in Instagram & TikTok
  • Report to KOL team for the updates of the daily task list

Qualifications :

  • Final year student or fresh graduate preferably from Communication / Marketing Degree/Business
  • Able to execute & edit videos using laptop & handphone
  • Have at least 1 year experience in KOL marketing and campaign planning
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaign
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and develop new ideas
  • Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and best practices
  • Knowledge of influencers (ideally within food, fashion, beauty, wellness, fitness, etc.) and influencer rates
  • Have a several references in KOL industry and Community would be great
  • Committed to do 6 months internship. (Start from Nov 2024- onwards)
  • Willing to work at Tangerang and Jakarta area
