Job Description:
- Drive Growth: Introduce and close deals with Modern Trade (MT), cafes, and restaurants to significantly expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.
- Strategize for Success: Collaborate in developing comprehensive Account Management strategies for MTI, including crafting Trading Terms and Trade Marketing plans that encompass promotions and merchandising activities.
- Lead Initiatives: Act as the Key Driver, responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing promotional activities that enhance brand visibility and boost sales performance.
- Explore New Opportunities: Identify and unlock new sales avenues through B2B partnerships, ensuring a diverse and robust client base.
- Build Strong Relationships: Establish and maintain effective communication with retailers and customers, fostering strong, long-term partnerships based on trust and mutual benefit.
- Data-Driven Approach: Create and maintain a comprehensive database to meet the needs of both the company and its customers, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Market Mapping & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to analyze customer preferences and behavior, mapping strategies that promote company products and uncover growth opportunities.
- Competitive Insights: Perform detailed product analyses in comparison to competitors, providing actionable insights to ensure our offerings are competitive and appealing.
- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and sales, to ensure alignment on strategies and shared goals.
- Bachelor’s degree from any major.
- 1+ year of experience working with Modern Trade (MT) and HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively build and maintain lasting relationships with retailers and customers.
- Proven ability to forge solid connections and collaborate with key stakeholders, demonstrating interpersonal savvy.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, capable of taking initiative and ownership of projects and accounts.
- Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented approach to challenges, able to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Analytical skills: Proficient in analyzing data and market trends to make informed recommendations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
