Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of monthly management accounts in a timely manner, including but not limited to, profit and loss reports, balance sheets and cash flow forecasts, along with other relevant financial information such a trend analysis, spend analysis reports and graphical representation of items within the financial statements.
2. Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and profit and loss analysis.
3. Preparation of month end journals such as prepayments, accruals and depreciation.
4. Daily bank reconciliation.
5. Preparation of any tax submissions.
6. Maintenance of fixed asset register and depreciation.
7. Oversee payroll - Payroll Admin.
8. Oversee weekly/monthly payments - Ledger Clerk.
9. Assisting the Production Manager with overseeing BOM’s, production orders and product costings.
10. Assisting the Owner to process payment - Payment Maker.
10. Monthly stock reconciliations from Moka and Shopify to actual via cycle counts.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in fashion retail and production.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical and numerical abilities.
- Sound business knowledge.
- Accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Ability to work well with various softwares.
