Responsibilities:
1. Acquisition: Acquire grade a selected professionals to join as the experts and select venue and choose the best combination of quality and cost.
2. Class/Event Creation: Working with a team to create events/classes for Mama First clients in Jabodetabek area.
3. Operations Support: Making sure that the eventsare running smoothly (prepare venue, speaker and participant flow coordination and other operation support) and make a weekly performance reports
4. Campaign/Partnership Fulfillment: Working together with the marketing / partnership team for event publication, brand/partnership collaboration on Mama First event (event publication / calendar / marketing content, partnership barter activity, etc)
5. Supporting Signature Events: Handling customer coordination during events (Whatsapp, Call if needed, and Direct Face-to-Face) when needed, and be the movement ambassador and spoke-person with persona adhere to the requirement during Mama First online/offline Events
Requirements:
Hybrid working must stay in Jakarta area.
Willing to working offline on weekend
Open for Fresh graduate and last year student with no class attended
Bachelor's degree in MICE or related field.
Project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
