  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Specialist to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by providing financial insights, analyzing performance, and developing strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Provide variance analysis and commentary on actual vs. budget/forecast
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking
  • Financial Reporting:
  • Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to senior management
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting tools and templates
  • Business Partnership:
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
  • Any Other Projects:
  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Professional certification (CPA, CMA, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis
  • Excellent Excel skills and/or knowledge with data visualization and analytical tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Xero) would be an advantage
  • Proficient in english both oral and written
