Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including logistics and scheduling.
- Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants.
- Manage event budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate on-site logistics during events.
- Assist in developing event marketing materials.
- Handle post-event evaluations and reports.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of event management software.
