We are a global outsourcing agency on the lookout for an Recruiter for one of our clients. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the food and beverage sector. Daily tasks may involve candidate screening, coordinating interviews, managing recruitment processes for 8 restaurants.
Our client is a dynamic player in the Food & Beverage industry, specializing in high-quality offerings and exceptional customer experiences. As they expand, they are seeking a skilled Recruiter to help source and hire top talent for various roles, including senior management, baristas, pastry chefs, cooks, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract senior management and specialized talent in the F&B industry.
- Utilize online platforms, particularly Glints and similar job portals, to post job openings and source candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for various roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interviewing, assessing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in recruitment, specifically in the Food & Beverage sector.
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms, especially Glints or similar tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a keen eye for identifying talent that aligns with the company's culture and values.
