After Sales Support

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or relevant position (preferably in machinery or heavy equipment company)
• Strong communication skills, high self-motivation ability, aggressive and problem-solving skill
• Proficient in using Ms. Word & Ms. Excel
• Language: English is a MUST
• Placement: Palembang, Balikpapan, Makassar

Responsibilities:

• Responding to inquiries: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
• Resolving issues: Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Processing orders: Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
• Providing information: Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Taking orders: Taking orders, calculating charges, and processing billing or payments
• Reviewing accounts: Reviewing customer accounts and making changes, if necessary
• Coordinate with Head Quarter team and management
• Data analysis related to services at branches carried out periodically or by request
