- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance Management / etc. from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Recruitment Officer / Compensation and Benefits Analyst
- Must have experience in salary negotiation with new employees
- Familiarity with various types of incentives and benefits
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Eager to learn and highly organized
- Willing to be placed in Corporate Office, Serpong - South Tangerang
